Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Supervisor to manage the complete store and inventory operations for aluminium doors, windows, and architectural hardware. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring systematic storage, coordinating material requirements, and supporting smooth production and project operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day store and inventory operations.
* Manage the inward and outward movement of aluminium door and window hardware.
* Receive, inspect, count, and verify materials against purchase orders and invoices.
* Maintain systematic stock records for handles, locks, rollers, hinges, brackets, fasteners, accessories, and other hardware components.
* Ensure proper identification, labeling, storage, and handling of all materials.
* Issue materials to production and project teams against authorized requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and consumption.
* Conduct regular physical stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy.
* Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely replenishment.
* Identify stock shortages, excess inventory, damaged materials, and discrepancies and report them to management.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
* Coordinate effectively with Purchase, Production, Projects, Accounts, and Management teams.
* Ensure proper housekeeping, organization, and safety standards within the store.
* Implement systematic inventory control procedures to minimize material loss, damage, and wastage.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* 2–5 years of relevant experience in store or inventory management.
* Experience in aluminium doors, windows, façade, architectural hardware, or related industries will be preferred.
* Good knowledge of aluminium door and window hardware and accessories.
* Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management procedures.
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/inventory management software.
* Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
* Ability to maintain accurate documentation and inventory records.
* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of managing store operations independently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
