About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Bidding Executives (Upwork).

Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork.
- Understand client requirements and project details.
- Prepare and submit professional proposals/bids.
- Communicate with potential clients through Upwork.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the internal team to understand project requirements.
- Maintain records of bids, leads, and client interactions.
- Work toward achieving individual and team performance targets.
Eligibility & Requirements
- 12th pass or Graduate from any stream.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage.
- Comfortable using email, Google tools, and online platforms.
