Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Examine patients, diagnose illnesses, prescribe treatments, and manage chronic conditions.
- Emergency Response: Provide immediate care during medical crises and coordinate patient transfers.
- Facility Administration: Supervise clinical staff, organize outpatient/dispensary services, and maintain medical records.
- Public Health: Implement vaccination drives, community health education, and preventive care programs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent medical degree.
- Licensing: Valid medical license and registration to practice in the local jurisdiction.
- Experience: Completion of an internship or residency; prior clinical or administrative experience depends on the specific level (e.g., Junior vs. Chief Medical Officer).
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, leadership, and crisis management abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
