Position :- Academic Counselor cum Center Manager
Work Locations:- 6th Floor, office no. 604,605, SWOJAS ONE, Paud Rd, next to Reliance Digital, Ideal Colony, Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra 411038
Compensation:- Rs 35,000- Rs,40,000 | Lucrative Incentive Plan
Experience:- 2-3 years preferred
Qualification:- Any Graduate
Work Day:- Monday to Sunday . Weekly off between- (Monday - Friday)- Any one day
Work Time:- 11:30 AM TO 8:00PM / 11:00 AM TO 7:30
MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES
Marketing & Sales:
● Achieving conversion and admissions targets
● Managing team of counselors & executives
● Local Center Branding & School / Counselor Tie ups
● Overseeing installments collection is on time
● Timely reporting to Area Manager
Academics & Operations :
● Taking overall responsibility for center operations targets
● Managing team of academic co-ordinator / executive
● Achieving strong customer word of mouth
● Interacting with & motivating faculties, students & parents
● Solving Operational Problems as and when they arise
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
