Job Summary:
As the Deputy Team Lead - Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Team Lead in managing the recruitment team and ensuring the successful acquisition of top talent for our organization. This position combines leadership, recruitment expertise, and collaboration to help our company meet its staffing needs. You will be an integral part of the HR department, contributing to the growth and success of our team
Key Responsibilities:
- Drives & Support Team members in Salary negotiations to meet the overall budgets of the projects, leading to cost savings for the organization.
- Demonstrates excellent interviewing skills, which supports in onboarding the right talent as required by the client.
- Exhibits strong knowledge of job portals, Search Engine Optimization tools, in order to attract the right talent and close positions within timelines.
- Create Database of specific profiles (as required by the mgmt.) to ensure quick closure of positions as per client requirements.
- Collaborates with Internal and external stakeholder in order to meet the Recruitment goals of the Department.
- Exhibits a sound knowledge on all statutory compliances required on sites.
