We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to manage product coordination, order processing, vendor communication, and production follow-up. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution of orders, maintaining product quality, and coordinating between clients, suppliers, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle product merchandising and order management.
- Coordinate with buyers, vendors, and production departments.
- Prepare quotations, product specifications, and costing sheets.
- Monitor production timelines and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, sampling, and approvals.
- Maintain quality standards during production.
- Manage inventory and stock coordination.
- Update order status reports and maintain documentation.
