Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls for our automobile products and services. The role involves generating leads, explaining vehicle/service offerings, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound leads
- Explain automobile products, service packages, offers, and promotions clearly
- Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Schedule test drives, service appointments, or sales meetings
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat sales and service reminders
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams for lead closure
- Achieve monthly sales goals
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns
- Update CRM or internal systems regularly
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum qualification: 10/ 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Experience:
- 0–1 Year: Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- 2–6 Years: Prior telesales experience preferred (automobile background is an advantage)
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi & Gujarati (English is a plus)
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calling systems)
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach
- Ability to work under targets and deadline
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
