Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Junior / Senior Business Development Manager / Head to join our growing global team.
The ideal candidate must have strong sales expertise in the exhibition / Event industry, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to drive business growth across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the exhibition and events industry (India & International).
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, organizers, and industry partners.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with design & production teams for tailored solutions.
Manage complete sales cycle—from lead generation, pitching, proposal presentation, and negotiation to closing deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with strategic planning and execution. Represent Propshop in meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Prepare sales reports, competitor analysis, and market insights.
Coordinate with project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Mentor and guide junior team members when required. Required Skills & Competencies Strong experience in B2B sales within the exhibition, events, or design-build industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand design concepts, fabrication methods, and project timelines. Strong market research and lead-generation capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal drafting. Strong networking ability with decision-makers like Marketing Heads, CEOs, VP, and Procurement teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, or related fields.
Prior experience in international exhibitions (Dubai, Europe, USA, Asia) will be a strong advantage. Proven track record of achieving high sales growth.
