Incoming Raw Material inspection (MS Sheet, Pipes, Coils, Purchased Components)
In Process Quality Inspection during laser cutting, Bending, Welding, Fabrication & Assembly
Final Inspection before dispatch as per customer drawing and specifications
Ensure dimension, welding quality, surface finish and tolerances meet standards
Use measuring instrument such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Steel Scale,
Angle Gauge, etc
Main Inspection reports, quality records and traceablity documents.
Identify defects and rais NCR (Non-Conformance Report)
Co ordinate with Production, Design and Store Departments for corrective actions
Reduce rejection and rework through root cause analysis
Conduct vendor quality inspection when required
Support internel and external quality audits.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality management system
Train production staff on quality standards and inspection methods
Required skill Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and heavy fabrication -ability to read engineering drawings- good understanding of welding inspection-good understanding of welding inspection- knowledge of measuring instrument-problem solving and analytic skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
