- Perform routine inspections to identify potential problems and resolve them.
- Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain records of inspections, breakdowns, and corrective actions.
- Share the Complaint to the concern person and follow up until closure.
- Manage spare parts inventory and raise requisitions as needed.
- Liaise with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers for specialized maintenance.
- Maintain maintenance logs, Customer Complaint reports, and cost analysis.
- Provide periodic reports to management on site performance and reliability.
- Record, prioritize, and track customer concerns or service requests
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding issue acknowledgement, expected resolution timelines, and completion updates.
- Coordinate with the Contractor
- Maintain the record of pending vs. resolved cases.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
