Position Summary
The Global Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple geographies, including India, the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. The role requires expertise in sourcing global talent, partnering with business leaders, managing international hiring processes, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is highly proactive, experienced in international recruitment, and passionate about identifying world-class talent for technology and engineering organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Global Talent Acquisition

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding across global markets.

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.

Conduct resume screening, initial interviews, candidate assessments, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong global talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Recruit across India, the USA, Europe, the Middle East, APAC, and other emerging markets as required.
International Recruitment

Lead recruitment for global delivery teams and international client requirements.

Understand country-specific hiring practices, employment models, salary benchmarks, and candidate expectations.

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across different time zones.

Ensure timely closures while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.
US Recruitment
-
Manage hiring for US-based projects and client engagements.

Recruit candidates across Full-time, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, W2, C2C, and Remote hiring models.

Understand US recruitment terminology, visa types, employment classifications, and market trends.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline for recurring US hiring requirements.
Strategic Talent Pipeline

Develop proactive sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill technical roles.

Build talent communities for future business expansion.

Support workforce planning initiatives by maintaining ready talent pools.

Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring demand and talent availability.
Recruitment Operations & ATS Management

Manage recruitment workflows using HIRO ATS or equivalent Applicant Tracking Systems.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.

Ensure seamless communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Generate recruitment dashboards and hiring analytics.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in end-to-end global recruitment.

Hands-on experience in domestic and international hiring.

Proven experience in US recruitment.

Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, X-ray search, referrals, and social recruiting.

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (HIRO ATS or similar).

Strong understanding of international recruitment practices and employment models.

Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.

Ability to manage multiple positions across different geographies simultaneously.

Comfortable working across multiple time zones in a fast-paced global environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in global recruitment, including domestic and international hiring.

Experience recruiting for Engineering, BIM, AEC, IT, SaaS, AI, or Technology organizations.

Exposure to recruiting across the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.

Familiarity with global hiring practices, labor markets, and cross-cultural recruitment.
