Job Summary
Dr Awish Dermacare Pvt Ltd is looking for an organized and proactive HR Manager to oversee recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end HR functions while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads
- Maintain hiring trackers and candidate databases
HR Operations
- Manage onboarding, documentation, employee records, and exit formalities
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
- Support payroll coordination and employee data management
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure HR compliance and maintain employee documentation
- Implement and maintain HR policies and workplace procedures
- Coordinate basic statutory and compliance-related activities
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement and team-building activities
- Address employee concerns and maintain positive workplace culture
- Support performance management and employee communication initiatives
Administrative Coordination
- Coordinate with operations and management teams for workforce planning
- Ensure smooth HR processes across departments
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in HR and recruitment
- Good understanding of HR operations and compliance
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Experience in healthcare or clinic industry is a plus
