e Design Services is an engineering and technical contracting firm in Hyderabad. We execute major commercial renovations, corporate utility block upgrades, and technical facility conversions. We are looking for aggressive, detail-oriented Site Supervisors to be our eyes and ears on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site execution, specifically focusing on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), interior fit-outs, and structural modifications.
- Read, interpret, and execute exactly according to technical CAD and architectural drawings.
- Enforce strict project timelines, manage daily labor attendance, and coordinate with multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
- Conduct strict quality control checks to ensure contractors do not cut corners on materials or workmanship.
- Provide daily progress reports, track material usage, and flag any shortages to the management team immediately.

Requirements:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven on-site experience supervising commercial interiors, SEZ utility projects, or corporate lab setups.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical/CAD drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the authority to firmly handle contracting crews to meet strict deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
