Key Responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for US IT roles (developers, QA, DevOps, cloud, data, etc.)
- Source candidates using US job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed US, Monster, CareerBuilder)
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical/cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews with US hiring managers and follow up until closure
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Work closely with internal teams to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Work in alignment with EST/CST time zones for candidate and client coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment
- Strong experience hiring for US IT market
- Excellent understanding of US job titles, skill sets, and hiring standards
- Hands‑on experience with US job boards and sourcing tools
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and multitasking skills
