Job Summary
RiskBirbal Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Non-EB Claims Executive to manage and coordinate General Insurance claims and policy servicing activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling claims related to Marine, Fire, Burglary, and other Non-EB insurance products while ensuring smooth claim settlement and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end processing of Non-EB claims.
- Handle claims related to Marine, Fire, Burglary, Engineering, and Miscellaneous Insurance policies.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, loss assessors, and clients for claim resolution.
- Review claim documents and ensure accurate and timely submission.
- Monitor claim status and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Follow up with insurers to ensure prompt claim settlement.
- Process policy endorsements and servicing requests accurately.
- Maintain claim records, MIS reports, and claim documentation.
- Address client queries and provide professional claim-related support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, insurer guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of General Insurance claims and policy servicing.
- Knowledge of Marine, Fire, Burglary, Engineering, and Miscellaneous Insurance products.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and documentation management.
- Ability to handle multiple claims and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in General Insurance Claims, Insurance Broking, or TPA operations.
- Prior experience in handling Non-EB claims and policy endorsements will be preferred.
