Shift: 12 PM – 10 PM
We're looking for an energetic HR professional who can drive recruitment while managing key HR operations. If you're passionate about hiring, employee engagement, HR policies, and building strong teams, we'd love to hear from you.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Handle onboarding, attendance, and employee records.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Assist with HR policies, salary structures, and compliance.
- Maintain HR documentation and support daily HR operations.
- 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR.
- Good understanding of HR operations and labor laws.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in BPO, Logistics, Staffing, or SME environments is a plus.
