We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of professional baking experience and be confident in preparing a variety of baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake cakes, breads, pastries, and other baked products.
- Decorate cakes professionally using a variety of techniques.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker.
- Strong cake decorating skills.
- Good knowledge of healthy baking, including alternative flours, natural sweeteners, and healthier baking techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for baking.
