Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients and understand their concerns, goals, and life situations.
- Explain astrology-related products and services, including gemstones, Rudraksha, bracelets, and spiritual remedies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through trust and authentic communication.
- Generate business opportunities through consultations, referrals, follow-ups, and client engagement.
- Guide prospective clients regarding suitable services while maintaining ethical and responsible communication.
- Conduct consultation discovery calls and coordinate with astrologers when required. Represent the organization’s spiritual values with empathy, compassion, and professionalism.
- Assist in business growth initiatives, partnerships, and customer retention activities. Maintain client records and ensure timely follow-up and support.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
