- Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities according to delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
- Verify customer orders, invoices, delivery challans, and transport documents before dispatch.
- Ensure accurate loading of finished goods as per order quantity and product specifications.
- Monitor FIFO (First In, First Out) practices where applicable.
- Coordinate vehicle placement and optimize loading schedules.
- Ensure safe handling and loading of adhesive bags, buckets, and pallets.
- Track dispatched vehicles and ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues such as shortages, damages, delays, or incorrect shipments.
- Maintain dispatch records, stock movement reports, gate passes, and transporter documentation.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct periodic stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with transport vendors to ensure vehicle availability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse operating procedures.
- Supervise dispatch staff, forklift operators, and loading labor.
- Train team members on dispatch procedures and safety practices.
- Monitor KPIs such as dispatch accuracy, on-time delivery, loading efficiency, and customer complaints.
- Support periodic audits and maintain compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding urgent orders and customer priorities.
