Job description
We are looking for a candidate having experience in mobile application development, that requires little to no supervision, target driven, enthusiastic, eye for detail, multi-tasking, quick leaner, adaptable and can work collaboratively in a group.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Must be a pro in converting UI/UX mockups to Android, applications
- Good knowledge of deployment of apps in React native platform.
- Maintain quality and ensure optimized responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate generously with the rest of the team for implementing new designs and new features.
- Maintain code integrity and standards.
- Must be familiar with RESTful APIs for smooth exchange of data through back-end services.
- Development experience with accelerometers, touch, gyroscopes, and additional sensors.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge in Android OS
- Fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, problem solving, and complexity analysis
- Exceptional analytical aptitude and attention to detail
- Good organizational and problem solving skills
- Good team player who is self-motivated and well organized
- Knowledge in SQL, XML, JSON and Web Services
- Successful work performance demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively
- Social platform development knowledge
- Knowledge in Android UI principles and best practices.
- Knowledge in the open-source Android ecosystem and the available libraries.
- Knowledge in cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.
- Knowledge in code versioning tools {such as Github, Mercurial or SVN}
Knowledge in Android framework, as well as offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
