We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Holiday Sales Advisor to join our travel sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of holiday destinations, excellent customer-handling skills, and a proven track record of converting travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, budget, and expectations.
- Recommend and sell customized domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare attractive and competitive quotations and detailed travel itineraries.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth booking execution.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and bookings in the CRM.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Holiday Sales / Travel Sales / Tour & Travel industry.
- Proven experience in selling international holiday packages.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations and holiday products.
- Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.
