Billing
Invoice Generation: Prepare, verify, and send accurate invoices or bills to customers in Tally
Accounts Receivable: Track outstanding balances, send payment reminders, and follow up customers on overdue accounts.
Ensure all invoicing and taxation (e.g., GST) practices align with statutory requirements and company policies.
Office Administration
- Answer phone calls, manage the front desk, and respond to general email inquiries.
- Liaise with suppliers, order office supplies, and negotiate pricing
- Coordinate with HO for all matters, meetingsand manage calendars.
- Keep physical and digital filing systems updated
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or High school diplomas with relevant accounts/billing experience in Tally ERP
- Software: proficiency in MS Excel, WORd, Emai apps and Tally
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and basic arithmetic. [1, 2]
- Organization: Excellent time management and the ability to juggle deadlines with day-to-day office tasks.
