Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Digital Marketing Associate who is passionate about online marketing and growth strategies. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end digital campaigns, manage social media presence, generate leads, and contribute to measurable business growth across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display ads
- Manage and grow social media accounts including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement
- Perform keyword research and support on-page and off-page SEO activities
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager
- Work with the content team to develop engaging marketing assets aligned with campaign goals
- Generate and nurture leads through various digital channels
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing (Freshers with certifications or live projects are welcome)
- Basic to strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
