Role Objective
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who can identify, negotiate, and
manage influencers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales for our D2C
products. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Instagram,
YouTube, and other creator platforms and be able to generate profitable influencer-led
campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Research & Outreach
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers, creators, and UGC creators.
- Build and maintain a database of influencers across different niches.
- Reach out to influencers through Instagram, email, and influencer platforms.
- Negotiate collaborations, pricing, and deliverables.
Performance & Sales Tracking
- Track influencer-generated sales, leads, and engagement.
- Manage coupon codes, affiliate links, and tracking URLs.
- Analyze ROI, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Identify top-performing influencers and scale successful partnerships.
Content & Brand Building
- Coordinate with influencers for reels, stories, videos, testimonials, and UGC content.
- Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to repurpose influencer content for
Meta Ads.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports.
- Track reach, engagement, conversions, revenue, and influencer ROI.
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Mandatory Requirements
- 2–3 years of Influencer Marketing experience.
- Experience working with Instagram and YouTube influencers.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to identify high-performing creators and UGC talent.
- Experience tracking influencer campaign performance and ROI.
- Knowledge of influencer outreach tools and creator platforms.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Health, Wellness, Ayurvedic, Beauty, Personal Care, or D2C brands.
- Existing network of influencers and creators.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
