Job Title: Project Coordinator – Digital Marketing Agency
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination of digital marketing projects. The role involves working closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Content, Design) for smooth project execution
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines
- Act as a point of contact between clients and the team for updates and requirements
- Prepare project plans, status reports, and meeting notes
- Ensure tasks are assigned, followed up, and completed on schedule
- Handle client communication for approvals and feedback
- Identify risks or delays and escalate when required
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools (like Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
Preferred Skills:
- Client handling experience
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
