Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 6–8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and AI Agent development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent AI agents.
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
- Develop scalable AI solutions using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Work with large datasets using SQL for data extraction, analysis, and optimization.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies into applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI-based solutions.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve the performance of AI models in production.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience in developing AI Agents.
- Solid experience in Machine Learning model development, training, and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience with REST APIs, model deployment, and cloud platforms is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Pay: ₹407,546.28 - ₹1,674,413.74 per year
