Role Overview
We are looking for a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our coworking space and ensure an excellent experience for all members. This role involves managing client relationships, handling inquiries from potential clients, and maintaining a vibrant and professional community within the workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the coworking space
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members and visitors
- Handle inquiries from new clients and conduct space tours
- Onboard new members and assist with their requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with existing members
- Ensure smooth functioning of the workspace and facilities
- Support community engagement and networking initiatives
- Coordinate with the team to resolve operational issues quickly
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Friendly, professional, and highly organized
- Proactive attitude with problem-solving ability
- Comfortable interacting with entrepreneurs and business professionals
- Previous experience in hospitality, coworking, or client-facing roles is a plus
