Role Overview:
The Admission Head will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing the complete admission process across programs. This role involves leading the admissions team, driving enrollment targets, strengthening outreach initiatives, and ensuring a smooth and transparent admission experience for students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute annual admission strategies to achieve enrollment targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team effectively
- Oversee end-to-end admission processes including inquiries, counseling, applications, and enrollment
- Develop outreach initiatives such as school/college visits, education fairs, and promotional events
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate admission data, MIS reports, and documentation
- Handle parent and student counseling professionally
- Collaborate with academic departments to align admission goals
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree (mandatory)
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in admissions
- Prior experience as Admission Head / Admission Manager preferred
