Mohan Babu University requires Deputy Manager/Manager- Talent Acquisition
Location: Tirupati | Department: Human Resources | Reporting To: Assistant Vice President – HR
Role Summary
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff across the University, including manpower planning, talent sourcing, stakeholder coordination, interview management, salary negotiations, onboarding, and talent pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for faculty, leadership, administrative, technical, and support positions.
- Partner with Deans, Principals, HoDs, and Functional Heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and facilitate selection processes.
- Lead faculty recruitment in compliance with UGC, AICTE, and other regulatory norms.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, appointment documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, hiring trackers, and periodic reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives and build relationships with academic institutions and recruitment partners.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, documentation standards, and accreditation requirements.
Qualification & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Deputy Manager: 6–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in higher education.
- Manager: 8–12 years of experience in talent acquisition, including leadership hiring.
