Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Manage, and monitor the planning, operation, execution and performance of Mechanical and Electrical utilities contracts and equipment across assigned assets/projects.
Contract Management
Support for execution exellence through Project Management
Support to ensure reliability, safety, statutory compliance, operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants and authorities.
Well versed with system documentation, receipt and alignment of requirement, vendor performance evaluation, Drawing and change management, Certification of contractor invoices.Co-ordination with local teams to resolve material / equipment inwarding issues.
Track project milestones with cost efficiency and contract management and publish Project Tracking Report periodically.
Collaborate with Legal & EHS teams to identify and mitigate contractual risks and ensure governance.
Ensure compliance with:
- Statutory regulations (Electrical Inspectorate, Fire, Pollution Control, etc.)
- Safety, health, and environmental (EHS) standards
- Review project MIS reports and recommend continuous improvement measures.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Project delivery within budget and timelines
- Safety incidents and statutory compliance status
- Implementation of Green building norms, Energy efficiency and cost saving measures.
Coordinate for final closure of contracts alongwith complete handover of works, buy-off and closure documents
