We are seeking a dynamic HR Assistant to oversee all human resources functions for our firm, specializing in event planning, and business counseling for managers and entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments with potential customers
- Ensuring potential clients are interested in the company's products and services
- Scheduling appointments for potential clients to meet with the organization's sales representatives
- Following up with leads and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and appointments in a CRM system
- Communicating effectively with team members and management
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Attract and onboard top talent.
- HR Compliance:Ensure compliance with employment laws and update HR policies accordingly.
- Payroll and Benefits: Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
