Job Summary:
Senwell Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter ( Non-IT) to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have 1 year to 4 years of recruitment experience and be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes based on skills, experience, CTC, notice period, and communication.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Handle offer rollouts, salary discussions, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Prepare and share daily recruitment reports, including sourcing, interviews, and closures.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year to 4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and deadline-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience hiring for product-based or service-based IT companies.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
- Experience coordinating both virtual and face-to-face interviews.
