Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Video Editor to create engaging and high-quality content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit long-form and short-form videos for digital platforms.
- Add graphics, captions, transitions, sound effects, and background music.
- Create high-retention edits optimized for social media.
- Perform color correction and audio enhancement.
- Work closely with the content team to bring ideas to life.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest content and editing trends.
Requirements
- 1+ years of video editing experience (freshers with exceptional portfolios may also apply).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and social media content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic motion graphics skills are a plus.
Preferred
- Experience editing YouTube videos, Reels, Shorts, podcasts, interviews, or documentary-style content.
- Familiarity with AI-based editing tools and workflows.
- Understanding of YouTube audience retention techniques.
