Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage 80% HR Operations and 20% Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR operations, statutory compliance, employee engagement, retention, training & development, and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities HR Operations (80%)
- Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and labour laws.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
- Analyze attrition, conduct exit interviews, and implement retention strategies.
- Coordinate training & development programs and maintain training records.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and support HR audits.
Recruitment (20%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, and social media.
- Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, issue offers, and complete joining formalities.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
