Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer with hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and deploying Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Odoo Framework, PostgreSQL, Linux server administration, and third-party API integrations. The role involves developing scalable ERP solutions, maintaining Linux-based Odoo servers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business applications.
Key Responsibilities
Odoo Development & Customization
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo Community and Enterprise modules.
- Design and implement custom business workflows and ERP functionalities.
- Build custom applications, reports, dashboards, and automation features.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable Odoo solutions.
API & System Integration
- Integrate Odoo with REST APIs, payment gateways, CRM, accounting, logistics, and other third-party systems.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integrations.
Performance & Quality
- Optimize application performance and PostgreSQL database queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve development and production issues.
- Perform code reviews and follow coding best practices.
- Support testing, deployment, release management, and production maintenance.
Linux Server Administration (Mandatory)
- Install, configure, and maintain Odoo servers on Ubuntu/Linux.
- Manage PostgreSQL databases, backups, and performance tuning.
- Configure Nginx/Apache, SSL certificates, domains, firewalls, and server security.
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot deployment issues.
- Support Docker-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with Functional Consultants, QA, Project Managers, and clients.
- Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.
- Maintain source code using Git/GitHub/GitLab.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong experience in Python and Odoo Development (Community/Enterprise).
- Expertise in Odoo Framework, ORM, Security, Workflows, and Custom Module Development.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with XML, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Experience in REST APIs, third-party integrations, and payment gateway integration.
- Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
- Strong Linux administration skills (Ubuntu), PostgreSQL, Nginx/Apache, SSL configuration, and basic Shell scripting.
Preferred Skills
- Docker & Docker Compose.
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or DigitalOcean).
- CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Redis and Celery.
- ERP implementation and large-scale Odoo deployment experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience in Odoo Development.
- Experience in Linux production server management is highly preferred.
- Odoo Certification is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
