Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic testing.
- Provide counseling, therapy, and intervention for individuals, groups, and families.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, doctors, and social workers.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Participate in research, training, and workshops to stay updated on best practices.
- Conduct awareness sessions and mental health workshops if required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- M.Phil in Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology from a recognized university.
- Registered with RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in clinical/counseling psychology (preferable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
