Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, resource management, client coordination, budgeting, quality control, safety compliance, and timely project delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Site Management
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and progress.
- Resolve site-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare and monitor project budgets.
- Track project expenditures and control costs within approved budgets.
- Review contractor bills, vendor invoices, and project cost reports.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates.
- Conduct project review meetings with clients and management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery.
Quality & Safety Management
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and construction regulations.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures at project sites.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
- Ensure effective coordination among all project stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare project status reports and MIS reports.
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, drawings, and approvals.
- Submit periodic progress reports to management.

Qualification

- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
