Job Description:
Dadu Medical Center is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, converting leads into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain services
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
- Maintain and update customer database
- Follow up with leads and existing clients
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Provide accurate information about services and offers
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telesales experience (preferred)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Salary: Best in industry + Incentives
Working Hours: 9 hours shift
