Job Title: Field Sales Consultant – Aluminium Doors & Windows

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Consultant to drive sales of aluminium doors and windows solutions. This role involves generating leads, visiting client sites, understanding requirements, and closing sales while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, builders, architects, and contractors
- Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements
- Present suitable product solutions and prepare quotations
- Coordinate basic site measurements with internal teams
- Close sales and ensure order confirmation with advance payment
- Coordinate with production and installation teams for execution
- Follow up on payments and maintain proper documentation
- Update CRM regularly and submit daily/weekly reports
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly sales target achievement
- Lead-to-conversion ratio
- Number of site visits conducted
- Sales closure cycle time
- Collection efficiency
- Customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Basic technical knowledge of aluminium or UPVC systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach
- Ability to manage CRM and reporting
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate (MBA preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales (construction/interior industry preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
- Travel allowance
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
