About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of our products and services, ensuring they meet established standards and customer expectations. You will collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement, implement quality processes, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing of products or services.
- Identify defects, deviations, or process gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality checks and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and prevent recurring issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Quality Assurance Executive (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, processes, and standards (e.g., ISO).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
