Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

About the Role
AK Clinics is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage patient consultations, drive treatment conversions, maintain excellent patient relationships, and support smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients regarding Hair Transplant and Cosmetology treatments.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with prospective patients.
- Achieve individual and clinic revenue targets through patient conversions and cross-selling.
- Maintain lead records, CRM data, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and technicians for seamless patient care.
- Conduct post-treatment follow-ups and collect patient feedback.
- Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs and maintain service quality.
- Support training of new team members and monitor team performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain conversion ratio:
- Hair Transplant: 30%+
- Cosmetology: 50%+
- Daily calling and follow-up with existing & new leads.
- Accurate CRM updates and daily reporting.
- High patient satisfaction and positive feedback scores.
- Adherence to clinic SOPs and operational standards.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Patient Counseling, Customer Relationship, or Healthcare.
- Experience in Hair Transplant, Dermatology, Aesthetic, or Healthcare industry preferred.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer handling skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and basic MS Office.
