Job Description – Record Management Executive (Off-Roll)
Location: Ahmedabad
Job Responsibilities
Receive courier and documents from various branch locations.
Maintain accurate inward and outward courier records.
Perform data entry and update records in Excel and MIS trackers.
Conduct basic document checking and verification.
Prepare dispatch details and documentation for storage management.
Coordinate with Operations (OPS) and storage teams for smooth record management activities.
Ensure proper filing, tracking, and maintenance of physical records.
Candidate Requirements
Age below 25 years.
Graduate in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to handle routine operational and administrative tasks.
Experience
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in operations, administration, records management, back-office, or data entry roles may apply.
Salary
Take-home salary range: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and suitability).
