Retail CRM – TPA
Experience: 1–2 Years | Location: Kolkata
- TPA / Health Insurance experience preferred.
- Handle customer queries, grievances & policy servicing.
- Coordinate with clients, insurers & internal teams.
- Manage CRM records and follow-ups.
- Good communication & MS Excel skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
