Job Title: HR Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Call and follow up with shortlisted candidates
- Prepare and share offer letters
- Act as a point of contact for minor HR-related queries
- Support day-to-day HR operations
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
- Provide support across other operational tasks as required
Who Can Apply
- Fresh graduates or final-year students
- Candidates available for a 1-month internship
- Those who can commit 7 hours daily, preferably between 10 AM and 5 PM
- Candidates based in Bangalore
- Individuals who are passionate about pursuing a career in HR and contributing to a positive work culture
- Previous internship experience in HR or an equivalent people management role is a plus
