Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that span multiple disciplines. The role focuses on integrating various components within the ecosystem to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. Daily activities include executing continuous testing processes that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. The position also involves developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts, configuring data and environments, and actively engaging in code reviews. Monitoring and reporting defects are integral to supporting ongoing improvements in the testing workflow, ensuring the overall quality of the software product.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and implement best practices within the testing lifecycle.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality engineering practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud AI.
- Experience in designing and executing continuous testing strategies including security, API, and regression testing.
- Strong skills in automation script development and maintenance.
- Ability to configure and manage test data and environments effectively.
- Familiarity with code review processes and defect tracking methodologies.
- Capability to analyze and report defects to facilitate continuous improvement.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Genesys Cloud AI.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
