About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead the Human Resources function and drive people-centric strategies across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, and workforce planning while ensuring a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
HR Operations
- Oversee employee onboarding, probation confirmations, transfers, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance.
- Drive HR process improvements and operational efficiency.
Payroll & Compliance
- Manage payroll processing accurately and within timelines.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, and Labour Laws.
- Coordinate audits and maintain compliance-related records.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution effectively.
- Design and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Analytics & Team Leadership
- Prepare HR MIS reports and workforce analytics.
- Support manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational development initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
- Drive performance management and employee development programs.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 6–10 years of relevant HR Generalist experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS platforms such as HROne, Keka, Zoho People, or similar tools.
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered HR tools for candidate screening, employee communication, and policy/JD creation.
