Job Summary
We are looking for a punctual and reliable Delivery Boy to distribute packages promptly and safely to our customers. In this role, you will load orders, navigate optimal routes, interact courteously with clients, and ensure accurate tracking of all shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses using specified routes and time schedules.
- Carefully load packages into the delivery vehicle and unload them at the destination to prevent damage.
- Cross-check recipient names, addresses, and package details before handing over items.
- Process Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, handle digital transactions, and maintain clean payment logs.
- Address customer inquiries politely and report any discrepancies or complaints to the supervisor.
- Utilize smartphones and GPS navigation apps to track orders, update delivery statuses, and report completion.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and ensure it is refueled on time.
- Strictly adhere to local traffic rules, road safety guidelines, and company transport policies.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
