AnimalsLover is hiring a Telesales Executive to manage customer inquiries and convert leads into sales. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining our services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a target-driven role suitable for candidates with good communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with incoming leads from website, ads, and social media
- Explain AnimalsLover services such as pet booking, dog hostel, and grooming products
- Convert inquiries into paying customers
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Ability to handle customer calls confidently
- Strong convincing and sales skills
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of smartphone/computer usage
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Work Conditions
- Daily reporting is mandatory
- Performance-based role with defined targets
- Prior intimation required for leave or absence
- Professional communication and discipline expected
Pay: ₹8,497.36 - ₹14,729.51 per month
