We are looking for an experienced and driven EHCP / SEN Supervisor to lead and shape our high-needs and EHCP provision.
You will take day-to-day operational responsibility for the service, supporting and guiding EHCP Officers and Learning Assistant Supervisors while managing your own caseload. You will ensure statutory requirements are met, reviews are delivered to an excellent standard, and every learner receives timely, effective and person-centred support.
You will work in close partnership with curriculum teams, families, local authorities and external professionals. Your expertise will contribute to complex casework, tribunal processes and ongoing service improvement.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong SEN experience, confident leadership skills and a genuine commitment to inclusive practice.
This role will be based across all our Exeter and North Devon College sites (Barnstaple, Exeter and Tiverton).
