The Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring safe and accurate dispensing of medicines while delivering exceptional customer service. The role also includes promoting wellness products, supporting retail sales, maintaining regulatory compliance, and contributing to an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medicines accurately and ethically.
- Counsel customers on medicines, OTC products, and preventive healthcare.
- Recommend suitable wellness, nutrition, skincare, baby care, and personal care products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
- Promote ethical cross-selling and achieve pharmacy and wellness sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays, merchandising, and store hygiene.
- Monitor stock, expiry dates, and inventory using FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Operate pharmacy software, POS systems, and support online orders.
- Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council regulations and SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records and safeguard patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- D.Pharm/B.Pharm with valid Kerala State Pharmacy Council registration.
- Good communication, counselling, and customer service skills.
- Retail pharmacy experience preferred; freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
